YOUR APPLICATION TO TRACTO
We want to make the right decision quickly - that's why we only offer online applications via our career portal. The online application offers many advantages and speeds up the entire process considerably.
DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION
For the online application you need the following documents (preferably in PDF format). To speed up the review of your documents, please upload all relevant documents at the same time:
- Cover letter
- Curriculum vitae (C.V.)
- Other documents, e.g. transcripts, certificates, overview of grades, diploma (preferably submit as one PDF)
APPLICATION PROCESS IN GENERAL
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT
- After we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within a short time.
- Your documents will be forwarded directly to the relevant personnel department.
- The pre-selection process usually takes two to four weeks.
INTERVIEW
- If we are interested in your application, we will invite you to an initial interview, which usually lasts about 60 minutes and serves to get to know each other.
- Depending on the type of position, further interviews may take place afterwards, in which the focus is even more on interdisciplinary topics.
CONTRACT
- Once all the talks have been successful and the details of the contract have been discussed, there is nothing standing in the way of your start with us.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The "Du" has always been the common form of address in the corridors of TRACTO - even across hierarchies. However, we maintain the "formal you" in our communication with applicants.
It is important for us to show appreciation for our applicants. We want to emphasise this above all through transparent impressions. We try to present ourselves as approachable and authentic as possible, so that everyone knows exactly what to expect. Once you've joined us, it's up to you to say "you", which is almost a matter of course in TRACTO's "Dutz" culture. Until then, however, we will stick to the you. After all, with all due respect, the application process is a phase of getting to know each other for both sides and a process with an open outcome - even if we would like to come together if possible. On the whole, therefore, we feel that the formal "you" is more appropriate.
